1. Length discrepancy of 0.5-1"in our given measurements shall not be considered a defect
2. Actual color you see are dependent on the computer's resolution or studio lighting. We are unable to guarantee that the monitor's display of any color will be the exact shade as the color of our products
3. The exchanged item must be mailed back within 7 days from the day of delivery
4. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office
5. All goods must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed
6. Sale items are non–refundable & non–exchangeable
7. In the event that item exchange is not available or you cannot find a suitable item from the collection, you may accumulate store credits and use them for your next purchase
8. No cash refunds will be offered

10. Please note that all our packages are sent out properly packed and sealed, with our return address clearly labeled. We will not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail
